What we charge, how long it takes, and who carries it up the stairs.

Furniture delivery goes wrong in predictable ways: nobody measured the stairwell, nobody said the lift was out, and nobody knew whether the driver would carry it inside. We price four service levels openly so you can choose the one that matches your building rather than discovering the difference on the day.
Service levels
- Kerbside — free
- Left at your door, still boxed. You take it from there.
- Room of choice — ₨2,500
- Carried into the room you nominate, unboxed, packaging taken away.
- White glove — ₨5,500
- Placed, levelled, and inspected with you before the team leaves.
- Full assembly — ₨8,500
- Built in the room, waste removed, old furniture taken away on request.

Before you order, check
- The narrowest doorway between the street and the room.
- Any turn on the stairs — a 90° landing is what usually defeats a sofa, not the door.
- Lift internal dimensions if you are above the second floor.
- The packed dimensions on the product page, which are larger than the product itself.
