We collect what we need to sell you furniture and deliver it, and nothing we cannot justify. This page says what that is in plain terms; the full policy is available on request and says the same thing with more nouns.
What we hold
- Account details
- Name, email, phone, addresses. Kept while your account is open.
- Order history
- Retained seven years — tax law, not preference.
- Marketing consent
- Per channel, with the timestamp you gave it. Withdrawn instantly on request.
- Behavioural data
- Pages viewed and items saved, only with analytics consent.
- Payment details
- Never. Card data goes straight to the payment processor and never touches our servers.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, as a downloadable archive.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and data, subject to the tax retention above.
- Withdraw marketing consent per channel at any time, with no effect on your orders.
